EEO-1 Survey, also known as the Employer Information Report EEO-1 (Form 100), is required to be filed with the EEOC annually. The deadline is March 31st of each year with data from any payroll period in the fourth quarter of the preceding calendar year.

VETS-4212 Filing

VETS-4212

Veterans’ Employment & Training Service (VETS) under the U.S. Department of Labor supports affirmative actions in employment of veterans covered under 38 U.S. Code Section 4212, codified at 41 CFR 61-300. All private employers that are federal contractors and subcontractors with a contract in the amount of $150,000 or more must file a VETS-4212 Report by September 30th each year, with the data of any payroll period in July or August of the same calendar year.
