Veterans’ Employment & Training Service (VETS) under the U.S. Department of Labor supports affirmative actions in
employment of veterans covered under 38 U.S. Code Section 4212, codified at 41 CFR 61-300. All private employers that
are federal contractors and subcontractors with a contract in the amount of $150,000 or more must file a VETS-4212 Report
by September 30th each year, with the data of any payroll period in July or August of the same calendar year.
