AAP Services

Affirmative Action Plan

Our Affirmative Action Plan includes the program narratives and statistical analyses reports required under the following federal regulations and statutes. We vowed to provide audit-ready AAP to our clients.

*Executive Order 11246, as amended, for females and minorities.

*Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, for individuals with disabilities.

*The Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA), for protected veterans.

We strive to provide accurate AAP in a timely manner. Our standard development process is separated into three phases: (1) Data Review, Question, & Resolution; (2) Data Analysis; and (3) Report Development. It typically takes 2-3 weeks from receiving complete data to delivering the final AAP.

EE0-1 Survey

EEO-1 Survey

EEO-1 Survey, also known as the Employer Information Report EEO-1 (Form 100), is due on March 31st annually with the employee data from any payroll period in the fourth quarter of the preceding calendar year.

Private sector employers with 100 or more employees, or federal contractors with 50 or more employees meeting certain criteria must file the EEO-1 report with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

We review and confirm data accuracy before submission to the EEOC via the EEO-1 Component 1 Online Filing System (OFS). We will send you a confirmation email upon the submission, and a copy of the final reports to you, via our secure portal.

VETS-4212 Filing

VETS-4212

Veterans’ Employment & Training Service (VETS) under the U.S. Department of Labor supports affirmative actions in employment of veterans covered under 38 U.S. Code Section 4212, codified at 41 CFR 61-300.

All private employers that are federal contractors and subcontractors with a contract in the amount of $150,000 or more must file a VETS-4212 Report by September 30th each year, with the data of any payroll period in July or August of the same calendar year.

We have a 100% audit success rate and offer discounts for AAP development to new clients who need audit support but without an active AAP.
